PAYMENT OF FEES

We ask that all coaches pay their fees before competing. We will accept payments at check in and be able to give receipts. Please have your entry fee attached to the entry fee form.

BIB NUMBERS AND RUNNERS

At the check in area (located next to the concession stands) you will get numbers and bar code stickers for your team. Please place the barcode stickers on the lower right hand corner of the big number and on the tear off portion of the number.

AWARDS

Individual awards will be handed out in the chute as the runners go through. Each race will award 50 medals.

• 1st place - Gift Certificate for shoes, Medal
• 2nd place - adidas Bag, Medal
• 3rd place - adidas Backpack, Medal
• 4th thru 50th - Medal
• Each team champion will receive champion backpacks to be picked up at the Movin Shoes booth.

AGAIN, ALL AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN OUT IN THE CHUTE.

TIME SCHEDULE

We intend to start all races on time. Be sure to have your runners on the line 10 minutes prior to race start so that the clerk of the course can check them in.

Please have your athletes be careful of races in progress while warming up on the course.
